You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is defective or incorrect, Leathers Basket will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Procedure
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team (usually within 3 business days):

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately at support@leathersbasket.com with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
